Formal arrangements for residence services at On Yin are set out in separate written agreements between On Yin and the resident or their authorised family member. Those written agreements govern the services provided.

4. Residence Services

On Yin offers lifestyle and comfort-focused residence services for older adults. Our services are not medical services and we do not provide clinical care, nursing, or medical supervision. Residents requiring medical treatment or clinical support should make arrangements with appropriate healthcare providers.

The services currently offered include:

• Shared Dining and Tea House — three daily home-style meals and afternoon tea in a communal dining setting, at HK$1,080 per month.
• Garden and Courtyard Mornings — daily access to landscaped gardens, gentle morning walks, and quiet outdoor seating, at HK$2,260 per month.
• Full Comfort Residence Package — a furnished private room with daily housekeeping, fresh linen, laundry, errand assistance, and a personal welcome host, inclusive of all dining, garden, and community offerings, at HK$3,880 per month.

Pricing and service scope are confirmed in writing at the time of arrangement and are subject to the terms of the individual residence agreement. On Yin reserves the right to adjust service offerings with reasonable notice to current residents.

5. Enquiries and Contact Forms

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contractual or legal obligation on either party. It is an invitation for us to respond and, if appropriate, to begin a conversation about whether On Yin might suit your family's needs.

Personal data submitted through enquiry forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
